Xeon D-1559: Internal X552 Fails to Detect Flash

Hi,

We have a Xeon D-1559 custom board and a COTS board with Xeon D-1559. On the COTS board, lanconf tool reports a Numonyx flash with ID 20BA and NIC seems to operate successfully. On our custom board though, the tool reports "no flash detected" for X552 while it correctly reports the flash info for I210 so we are sure that driver and tools works correctly. What could be going wrong here? Here are the screenshots from our custom board:
