i am validating PCIe ASPM feature of our PCIe EP device
i have plugged my EP to Intel Xeon Ice Lake processor
the root port on which my EP is connected is reporting ASPM not supported ( LnkCap: Port #5, Speed 32GT/s, Width x8, ASPM not supported)
does this mean i cannot ASPM on Ice Lake?

Hello sharathdm,
Greetings!
We see that the Intel® Xeon® Gold 6426Y is a Tray Processor. Tray processors are sold to high volume manufacturers, such as Acer, ASUS , Dell, Hewlett-Packard or Lenovo. They buy processors in bulk, incorporate them into PCs (laptops, desktops, All-in-Ones). Warranty replacements and technical support for tray processors are provided directly by these providers. We refer to these processors as tray or OEM processors. Intel doesn't provide direct warranty support. Contact your OEM or reseller for warranty support.
Please refer to the Intel article given below which supports the statement given above.
