legal implications when posting 3rd party software on Intel download center

I found in the download center several software drivers and applications form 3rd party companies, such as Aspeed. I support Aspeed and know that they do not want Intel to post their software, rather route customers to Aspeed's site.  Please provide information regarding legal approval for current posting in https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/search.html?ws=text#q=ASPEED&t=Downloads&layout=table
