old server board looking for firmware and bios updates

hi all,

i have an old server board, intel s3420gpc (as listed in bios) running a xeon processor.  when looking at the manual, it shows fan controls in bios that i do not see available to me.  i am wondering if this is because i need to update my bios or firmware.  however, i don't see any of these items available on the intel website.  

does anyone have any direction on how i may update my board?  

bios version s3420gp.86b.01.00.0046 (9/29/10)

bmc firmware 1.23
