s1200spl can't boot

Hi,

I bought a new motherboard S1200SPL, processor e3 1270v5, and 4 x M393A1G43DB0-CPB00. After starting it's sound only 3 beeps and that's all. How it possible to fix?

Our recommendation is making sure you are using validated memory for the board. Please make sure to use memory with the following specifications from the Technical Product Specification page # 17:
