s5000psl will not boot

My server crashed today and will not post now. The server board in an s5000psl. I am using the intel 5400 server chasis. DUring startup I do not get a cosnole, and the post diagnostic lights are off, green, red ,red (msb,Bit2, Bit1, LSB). Ths manual says that this is entering crisis management. Meed some help figuring this out need to get this back up asap. BTW:

The status light is greed and appear to go thru the normal sequence when the chasis is powered ( or plugged in)
