Fail to download intel one API Base and HPC Toolkit

Dear Sir/Madam:

 

We, MingYang-Europe base in Hamburg, Germany - have all set of Intel oneAPI Base and HPC Toolkit purchased via MHI in Canada.

However Intel web portal fail to response to our download instruction.

Could you check the login info provided on your site?
