Internal Compiler Error and abnormal program termination when I try to run my kernel on GPU

I have an integrated Intel Graphics 630 card and im trying to run SyCL kernels on the hardware using oneAPI Base Toolkit. All my kernels run without failing on fpga emulator and CPU (Host), But throws an Internal compiler error when I try to run it on the graphics card. What should I do?
