Hello,

(there is no meta subforum, so I am posting it here)

just a short meta request/question about the forums.

Is Markdown supported here on the forums? I could not find a way to make Markdown formatting work.

If not, please make Mardown avilable. It is so much simpler than dealing with the HTML formatting that I see here, and can also be understood, read and written in plaintext easily.
