Unable to download anything oneAPI related

As subject says, I cannot download anything related to oneAPI.  All of the different links just dead -end to this page:  https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/developer/tools/overview.html

I have also problem to download anything related to OneAPI, namely documentation. For almost all relevant developer documentation I got: Oop, something went wrong! The page you requested doesn't exists.

 

For at minimum two weeks.

I had the same issue yesterday while the website was cooked . It is ok today.
