dpct took more than 97 minutes and still stuck

Hi,

I am trying to convert test_warp_scan.cu from repo cub and dpct is stuck trying to convert the file from last 97+ minutes. See task manager snapshot below.

In beta06, this file was generating SIGSEGV. In beta07, it is just stuck

Dpct version:

Intel(R) DPC++ Compatibility Tool Version: 2021.1-beta07 codebase:(db93a478b9e31c21d66d45e57048e3b75b3e0b96)

Command:

dpct --cuda-include-path="C:\nvcc\include" --extra-arg="-I.." --out-root=dpct test_warp_scan.cu

OS: 

Microsoft Windows [Version 10.0.18363.959]
