Hi,

Could you send us the exact error screenshot and tell us the need for pi_opencl.dll?

Also, let us know about your oneapi-basetoolkit version number and OS that you are working on.

Hi,

I have translated your question via Google Translate and here is what resulted. Is this the question you were intending to ask?

My oneapi-basetoolkit version number is w_BaseKit_b_2021.1.6.1113, I use the Windows operating system. The screen shot is as follows (Chinese characters are translated as: The program input point clGetKernelSubGrouplnfo cannot be found in the dynamic link library C: \ ......)

If this is your question, follow these steps:

Check your system requirements here for Windows in this link below:

https://software.intel.com/content/www/us/en/develop/articles/intel-oneapi-dpcpp-system-requirements...

If you satisfy the above system requirements,

Kindly look into section no.4 of Known issues and Workarounds(Windows support) and follow these steps:

https://software.intel.com/content/www/us/en/develop/articles/intel-oneapi-toolkit-release-notes.htm...

To run a sample code on Windows(Visual Studio), follow this link:

https://software.intel.com/content/www/us/en/develop/documentation/get-started-with-intel-oneapi-bas...

Let us know if it helps.
