Call cblas_dsymv from c#

I try to upgrade the mkl library in our C# applications. After upgrading to version 2025.2, most APIs work fine, such as cblas_dgemm. However, the cblas_dsymv call fails with error “Indirect call guard check detected invalid control transfer”.

I use the dlls from the redist package and import mkl_rt.2.dll.

Interestingly, if I switch to the version 2024.1, the cblas_dsymv call works.

It has been fixed and the fix will be included in the oneMKL 2025.3 release.
