Can we get an updated bug fix list for 2021.3?

It looks like 2021.3 was released, but the bug fix list at https://software.intel.com/content/www/us/en/develop/articles/intel-oneapi-math-kernel-library-onemkl-bug-fixes.html only shows information from 2021.2 and earlier. Can we get an updated bug fix list that includes 2021.3?
