Compatibility with AMD processors

I will like to know if the intel MKL or CMKL can be used on a cluster with 64-bit AMD processors with an intel compiler version 9.0

Probably so, but you invite trouble if you don't use up to date versions. Current MKL is advertised as being intended to perform roughly equal on AMD to the libraries which favor AMD. MKL 8.0 gave me some trouble, but that is nearly as old as 9.0 compilers.
