Configuring CMake - BLAS and MLK Library Not found

Hello:

I am configuring CMake and the Blas and MKL libraries are not found. Not sure if you are familiar with this and coud assist.

I am using Intel Parallel Studio XE 2019

I have included the Errors in the attachment.

have you included the mkl to the system's paths?
