Dual/Quad core performance when using Pardiso

Hi,

I am writing a CFD code which needs to solve system of linear sparse equations arising from poisson/momentum eqns.

If I upgrade to a dual/quad core system (just 1 chip), will I be able to make use of the multiple cores to speed up the solving of the eqns using Pardiso?

Is the increase linear and does it depend on the problem size?
