Hello,

I am looking for recommendations for a free cloud service suitable for individual developers working with Intel development tools.

My ideal environment would provide:

Intel Fortran Compiler (ifx / ifort)
Intel Math Kernel Library (MKL)
MPI support for parallel computing

Previously, Intel DevCloud provided an excellent environment with these capabilities, but since that service is no longer available, I am searching for current alternatives.

I would appreciate any suggestions for free or community-accessible cloud platforms that support this kind of HPC development workflow.
