Intel MKL Support for targets running Windows CE

Hi,
Can any one please tell me if MKL can be used on targets running windows CE? We are using a monitoring platform running windows CE. We plan to substitute a number of signal processing routines we have now with those from Intel MKL.
We need to know this before we can make a decision to buy the licenses.

Intel MKL does not currently support targets running Windows CE. The supported hardware and software can be found at http://www.intel.com/cd/software/products/asmo-na/eng/perflib/mkl/219997.htm.
