Intel kml calculate different in oneAPI2021 version and oneAPI2023

when we upgrade the oneAPI version 2023, the math lib calculate sin value is not same.

input ：-30.3468752669698851

version 2023: 0.8767446007885831

version 2021: 0.876744600788583

i use mprf lib test sin function

the result is 0.87674460078858301721118920347442

the calculate value is closely oneAPI2021, it seem intel oneAPI2023`s bug
