Can i use the "Parallel Direct Sparse Solver for Clusters" in "Intel Parallel Studio XE Composer Edition" ?

If not, what version is available?

yes, the Parallel Direct Sparse Solver for Clusters is part of Intel Parallel Studio XE Composer Edition and you can use it from this package.
