One of our users needs to have both MKL 2018 and 2023 installed at the same time.
The installation of MKL 2023 went without any issues, but when attempting to install MKL 2018 the installation process dies immediately after unpacking.
In the event viewer the following error is listed.

Please note that Intel® has decided that Intel® oneAPI Toolkits Versions: 2023.1.0 and earlier are not supported anymore. We urge users to upgrade to the latest version of Intel® developer tools. The unsupported versions do not include the latest functional and security updates. These versions are targeted to be removed after a period.
