Linking Intel MKL to R on windows platform

Hello,

I would like to ask if there is  a method to configure R to utilize the Intel oneAPI Math Kernel Library (oneMKL) instead of the default R BLAS and LAPACK libraries on Windows platforms similar to the instructions provided for Linux here.

I have installed the Intel oneAPI Base Toolkit.
