MKL and OpenCL

Is there any OpenCL library with implementation of MKL functions, e.g. FFT calculation functions?

I suppose ability to interoperate with MKL would be among the goals for inter-language interoperability, if it were added to OpenCL. I've seen this discussed as a possibility but nothing committed.
