MKL download no longer working?

Hi, 

If I go to the download page (https://software.intel.com/content/www/us/en/develop/tools/oneapi/components/onemkl.html) and click the “Get it now” button, I get an Access Denied error message (see attached screenshot). I’m logged in.

Yesterday, I could download MK from the URL http://registrationcenter-download.intel.com/akdlm/IRC_NAS/tec/16525/m_mkl_2020.1.216.dmg, but that also no longer seems to work. (I get a 145 byte file.)

oneMKL is included as part of the Intel® oneAPI Base Toolkit. You can download Intel oneAPI Base Toolkit from the below link.

Please follow the installation guide to make the installation process smoother.
