Dear All,
For my current application I am looking for a C/C++ library for matrix manipulation. For this purpose, I have tried to evaluate the Intel MKL. During this process, I have realised that, MKL is more of a building block over which people would usually write wrappers, which in turn would be utlized by applications. Is this understanding correct? Can someone suggest any matrix libraries which I can utilize, which would be based on MKL.
