Parallel Studio XE Integration Issues with VS2019

I want to use Math Kernel Library, for which I installed Parallel Studio XE 2019 Update 4, but it is not getting integrated with my Microsoft Visual Studio 2019 Community Version 16.2.2, can anyone help me out, I have followed every step mentioned in the Start up guide.

As a workaround the problem, you may try to manually link with Intel mkl like describing into this KB article:https://software.intel.com/en-us/articles/intel-math-kernel-library-intel-mkl-compiling-and-linking-with-microsoft-visual-cc. See  chapter "Use Intel® MKL in Microsoft* Visual Studio 2017/2015/2012/2010 - Manually"/

i did that yesterday, but after this running a sample code from the MKL website in VS 2017, it gives an error like .EXE file not find, what should I do to run my program after following the steps provided in the link provided by you.
