Where is the 32-bit version in the latest release (2023.0)?

The issue is the download for 32-bit version points to the 2022.3 package, not the 2023.0 package!

Here is the screenshot of how it appears if you select the operating system(scroll it down a little bit, you will see it).

Additionally, you can make use of the Ask Intel chatbot also for your issues(which is marked with an arrow in the screenshot's bottom corner)
