how can parallel implementing lapack routine on SMP(Symmetric Multi-processing)? os is linux
please recommend some documents about this

I'm not quite certain what the question is. We certainly know how to parallelize, both from an SMP and distributed memory perspective, LAPACK routines (and ScaLAPACK routines) and in MKL you can have access to these.
If this is an exercise in parallelization on your part I would suggest you study up on OpenMP (OMP). Once you understand how to use the pragmas or directives of OMP, depending on the computer language you are using, you need to study well such functions as DGETRF to understand where to do the parallelization.
It is beyond the scope of this forum to provide tutorials on parallelization. If you have a question of how to use the parallelism within MKL we will be glad to address that.
