mkl_rt.dll missing

Hello.

I need the ifort fortran compiler for MSC Marc 2024 and also the mkl library. So i installed the 2024 OneBase Toolkit with MKL Library. I also installed the 2024 HPC Toolkit. But mkl_rt.dll is missing and it seems I need it. 

What should I do?

How is the single dynamic library, mkl_rt.dll, used in MSC Marc 2024? Normally if lib\mkl_rt.lib is linked, it will find and load bin\mkl_rt.2.dll, where the number 2 (could be different in different oneMKL versions) is the version of this dll.

Hello.

I found out in the release guide that marc 2024.1 requires OneApi 2023.1. I installed the 2024 version which has not the same paths. However I could not find the 2023.1 version to download. Where can I find it?
