paths for stand-alone distribution

I've installed Intel's stand-alone distribution of Python for Windows 11.  My environment has mkl 2024.0.0 and numexpr 2.7.3.  mkl is in "C:\ProgramData\anaconda3\envs\pandas\Lib\site-packages\mkl".  However, that directory doesn't have any sub-directories.  What should be my paths in lines 15-17 of site.cfg?  Thanks.
