To whom it may concern
Please explain four points about the web ticket.
(1) Are all web tickets exchanged by e-mail? If so, do you use a common support address for email communication?
(2) Are the employees who respond to the support community and the employees who respond to the web tickets in the same industry and position?
(3) I know that the support community is free of charge, but are web tickets paid for or free of charge?
(4)Is it possible for me to create a web ticket? If so, can you tell me how to create a web ticket?
I am waiting for your reply.
Best Regard.

Thank you for creating a web ticket instead regarding the above.
The intention of my question is that I would like to be able to create a web ticket myself. So, could you please tell me how to create a web ticket?
Also, can you tell me the difference between a web ticket and a support community?
I am waiting for your reply.
Best Regard.

Hello Hideo,
Greetings of the day.
Please find the steps to create a web ticket in the below given document link.
Link: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000091602/programs.html
The difference between a community ticket and a web ticket is that a community ticket is created in an open forum, allowing third parties to view the information. In contrast, a web ticket is created through the Intel Support Center and is accessible only to the customer and Intel employees.
Regards,
Suneesh
