CIRA Not Connected with AMT 16

Hi,

All my AMT 16 devices go into "CIRA Not Connected" after some time. They work fine for hours but then they start showing "CIRA Not Connected", even though I can see traffic from them to EMA on port 8080.

All my AMT 14 and 12 devices work fine with the same EMA server and same AMT profile, in the same networks.

Any idea what can be the problem? Devices are DELL OptiPlex 7010.

Thanks

Hello rduarte,

Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities.

To analyze your situation, we will require the information below:

What EMA version are you currently having this issue with?

How many AMT 16 devices you are having this issue with?

In total how many endpoints does your deployment have?

Are these affected endpoints fully updated (BIOS, OS and drivers)?

Do you have a single server or a multi server environment for EMA?

Is EMA installed directly on a server or did you install it in a VM? Also please share exactly hwat OS build is being used for the EMA server.

Do you use Client control mode (CCM) or admin control mode (ACM)?

Please share with us with the following logs:

EMA logs from Server:

[System drive]\Program File(x86)\Intel\Platform Manager\EmaLogs

ECT logs: We will require one from an affected endpoint and another from a good known fully provisioned endpoint if possible):

Intel® EMA Configuration Tool

https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/19805/intel-endpoint-management-assistant-configuration-tool-intel-ema-configuration-tool.html

Installation:

Double-click the .msi file and follow the prompts.

Run:

a- Open a command prompt as administrator.

b- Navigate to the installation folder (default C:\Program Files (x86)\Intel\EMAConfigTool).

c- Run the command: EMAConfigTool.exe -filename XXXX –verbose
