Cannot get Remote Windows Management to work

I have multiple machines on my network, all running AMT version 3.2.3.

Using the Manageability Commander Tool, I can remotely take control of my machines. I know the SOL works fine as I can redirect my machines to boot from an image, reboot into BIOS, power down, etc. My question is that when my machines are powered up to the OS (WinXP), I cannot get any of the Serial Agent commands to work. When I try to open Device Manager, File Explorer, Watchdogs, etc. the window opens, but I do not get any information on them no matter how much I refresh the status or wait.

I do know they work as I have seen them work previously, but I do not know what has caused it to stop.

Any help would be appreciated.
