Changing UUID value

Hi All,

 

I'm getting UUID as FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF for AMT 6.0 machine and details below

AMT version is 6.0.30-build 1203

OEM is ACER.

I'm unable to configure AMT using PKI and I hope this problem is due to invalid UUID. Correct me If I'm wrong?

 

How we can change the UUID value?

Sorry, you can't change the UUID. I'm told by the experts here that this is typically a factory issue. Please contact Acer for support.
