Coppermine to Tualation Upgrade

I am looking at upgrading a DELL dimension 4100 from a coppermine core to a tualation core.It currently has a (933/133/256/1.70) the Bios is locked.Would this work? Or would I have to use an adapter? If it works should I get a 512k or a 256k? I would like it to be at least 1.2Ghz and hopefully a 1.4Ghz server. Even though it is old it still has some life left, so any help would be great.
