DG45ID -No Dolby Signal Sent to Receiver from HDMI

I've got DG45ID connected to a Pioneer receiver VSX1019AH-K via HDMI cable. When I play a DVD or Blu-Ray on the computer, the signal sent to the receiver is PCM. I want the DG45ID to send a DOLBY DIGITAL signal. Can anybody PLEASE, PLEASE tell me how to do this??? Thanks!!!
