Differences between the basic and pro versions of vPro?

I'm comparing two models of Dell computers: the Optiplex 760 and the Optiplex 960. According to Dell's website the former has vPro basic and the latter has vPro Professional. I cannot find anything that explains the differences between the two. Can someone please point me to that information? Thanks in advance!
