To use AMT Do i have to use a ISV management console

All i want to be able to do is manage and repair a small group of computers within my own company

Some systems are in a remote location

We run a mixture of Windows XP and Vista

Do i Do i have to purchase ISV management console or does a computer that has vPro come with everything needed

I have read the document at http://communities.intel.com/docs/DOC-1466 but after reading further information on other sites im not sure
