Error message in SCS --- "is not authorized for configuration"

Hello,

I hope someone can help me out. I have a vPro machine that I want to manage, the computer comes up in the SCS console only it stays un-configured.

I receive the following error message:

Error configuring Intel AMT device: Intel AMT device "xxxx" with UUID "xxxxxx" is not authorized for configuration. I'm not really sure where to look, I've no problems with other vPro computers to manage.

Mebx version is 5.0.1 by the way

Hi Marcel,

I need to know which version of SCS you are using. Also check in the console settings to see if the checkbox for requires authorization is set. When you right click on the system in the console, does it give authorization as an option?
