Hi,
I am new to this technology, so maybe this is very basic issue, but I am unable to resolve it.
I have installed SCS console and RCS (Vpro) on same machine and I am trying to connect to RCS but unable to connect.
Error says "Failed to connect to Remote Configuration Service.
Have tried opening TCP port 135, also enebled
- Windows Management Instrumentation (ASync-In)
- Windows Management Instrumentation (DCOM-In)
- Windows Management Instrumentation (WMI-In).
But was still unable to solve the above error.
Thanks in advance.

No its not. But whenever I am trying to run RCSServer.exe it doesn't show any response. Nothing happens when I try to run this file.
Do we need to run RCSServer.exe manually or the service is up automatically after installation?
Got this error in logs while running IntelSCSInstaller :-
" INFO : - ProgressViewModel Installer_InstallationMessageEvent start: Error 100. exception 6: (error 0x6) The handle is invalid.
ERROR: - Error 100. exception 6: (error 0x6) The handle is invalid."

Hi,
Can you please provide the IntelSCSInstaller.exe version details and attach the installation log?

Hey,
I was facing this issue because I was trying to connect to database using wrong user. But when I added my machine in AD and used service account user, it solved my problem.
Thanks to all.
