Error while executing Storage Sample application

Hi experts

I'm starting my studies related to AMT application development, and I'm having a problem.

I'm not able to execute the sample applicationWS_management/Storage.exe application

Command used:

"Storage -api -verbose -host myIP -user admin -pass MyAMTPassword"

Everytime I try to execute this application I receive the error:

"Failed to invoke RegisterApplication, Return Value = 9"

This happen at the following line of code:

RegisterApplication(dataStorage, uuid, INTEL_NAME, SAMPLE_APP, INTEL_NAME, sessionHandle);

Do I need to change something to write something at the 3PDS ?

Any idea ?
