Export PSK keys to USB on SCS 5.0

When I tried to export the PSK keys unto a USB drive on SCS 5.0 console, it always failed. It seemed to format the drive but had problem to put setup.bin on the USB drive. Once the error happened, the USB drive was no longer visible from OS. I needed to reformat it in order to show up in drive list.

Is this a known problem? Is there a solution about this?
