We have over 100 different models in our enterprise organization. When I review certain AMT firmware versions, I see consumer or corporate. I'm wondering what the difference is? In our standing offer agreement we specify that the model must have a vPro enabled chipset.

Hi there,
If you know the processor in the systems you have questions on, you can search at:
search for the cpu model, scroll down for vPro and it will tell you whether or not it is vPro enabled.

Michael

That's not what I'm asking. All my systems have vPro enabled, I'm asking what is the difference between the consumer and corporate ME Platform SKUs.

The Intel Manageability Engine (ME) enables Intel chipset features. The Corporate ME enables hardware based business focused features such as security and manageability.
