Hello dvs496,

Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities.

Please bear in mind that the Intel® Anti-Theft Service (Intel® AT Service) - 1.x was discontinued on March 31, 2015. All subscriptions are now expired.

Additionally, these anti-theft products reached the end of support (EOS) by Intel on December 31, 2015.

Reach out directly to McAfee* for support or check with the system's manufacturer/OEM of your system for assistance.

Best regards,

Victor G.

Hi, have you found a solution? Made did the same thing. I cleaned up my laptop and put in new thermal paste and cleaned out the fans. Now it says the same thing.
