To answer your question, Secure Boot can only be enabled by accessing the system BIOS. Since BIOS options and procedures vary by motherboard manufacturer and our visibility into those settings is limited, we recommend contacting your motherboard manufacturer directly for guidance on enabling Secure Boot.
They will be able to provide you with the most accurate, step-by-step instructions specific to your system.
