Intel Desktop Utility v3.1.1.012 returns/shows no temperaturvalue

Hi,

I've installed the current IDU v3.1.1.012 on a Windows 7 (64-Bit) and on a Windows 2008 R2 (64-Bit). When I start the IDU Tool and choose the Hardware-Monitor / Prozessor, I don't see any temperatur Value or graphics.

What is wrong? In the past I've seen all informations, but now there is nothing.
