- Ensured SQL Server services are running.
- Tested SQL Server connectivity using SQLCMD and SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS).

- Attempted re-entering connection information during Intel EMA installation.

We see that you are have installed the latest EMA version 1.14.0 where the SQL database gives and error while connecting, and also see that you have followed the prerequisites
Before we proceed, please share the environmental details asked below.
Version of the Microsfot SQL database that you are trying to configure
AMT version
Number of Endpoints,
Mode of provisioning - ACM or CCM
And also share the ECT of the Endpoint which is connected for our reference.
Installation:
Download and unzip the tool.
Double-click the .msi file and follow the prompts.
Run:
a-Open a command prompt as administrator (alternatively, you can run the tool from Windows PowerShell*).
b-Navigate to the installation folder (default C:\Program Files (x86)\Intel\EMAConfigTool).
c-Run the command: EMAConfigTool.exe --verbose
