Hello Jiri2,
Good day.
Please provide the following details to help us better understand and address the issue:
- What version of Intel EMA are you currently using.
- Are you encountering this issue with all remote desktop sessions or only specific ones.
In the meantime, here are some troubleshooting steps you can try:
Enable Clipboard Redirection:
Ensure clipboard redirection is enabled on both the client and remote computers. To check:
- Open the Remote Desktop Connection properties.
- Verify that the clipboard redirection option is enabled.
Restart the Clipboard Process:
- On the remote computer, open Task Manager (Ctrl + Shift + Esc).
- Locate the rdpclip.exe process, end it, and then restart it by running rdpclip.exe again.
Check Group Policy Settings:
- On both the client and remote computers, open the Group Policy Editor (gpedit.msc).
- Navigate to:
- Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > Remote Desktop Services > Remote Desktop Session Host > Device and Resource Redirection.
- Ensure the "Do not allow Clipboard redirection" policy is set to "Disabled".
Reconnect the Session:
Logging off and reconnecting to the remote session might also resolve clipboard issues.
Please let us know if these steps resolve the issue or if further assistance is required.
Regards,
Suneesh

Hello,
unfortunately, the previously described advice did not bring any success, and copying text to the clipboard does not work on all 287 Endpoint computers connected in our organization.
The version is Intel® EMA v1.14.1.0.
Thank you for your advice.

Hello Jiri,
Good day.
We are planning to replicate this issue. Please provide us with the following details:
- The OS version of the endpoint.
- The OS version of the server.
Additionally, could you confirm whether you are trying to copy information from the host machine to the client machine or vice versa.

Hello,
I can confirm that copying text to the clipboard from the Endpoint client computer is not working. Copying text to the clipboard and then pasting it into the Endpoint client PC is functional via the "Paste clipboard text to endpoint" icon. A screenshot is attached.

Host PC:
Windows 11 Pro

Hello Jiri,
Good day
After checking we could find that there is no option to copy and paste info from the endpoint to the host. Please find more details from the below given document link under section 6.3.3 Desktop Tab.
