Intel EMA Platform 1.9 upgrade

Upgraded my development instance of EMA this morning, noticed a couple things that differ or are not mentioned in the "what's new in this release" documentation. 

1. The "device page" is gone from the console for each endpoint. 
2. v7 of the APIs still exist within swagger page
3. Despite the line that says it will improve DB performance, it seems to be taking longer to list the endpoints via the console.
